I began using Amsoil products close to fifteen years ago. You can read about my own Amsoil testimony on another page. I have been using Amsoil products faithfully ever since I tried my first couple quarts in a commercial lawn mower.. I am not an automobile fanatic, but enjoy using them and do not enjoy the shop, nor do I enjoy doing a lot of maintenance.
About six years ago I moved from Florida to Massachusetts, and Amsoil was pretty hard to find although not impossible. I did have to pay top dollar at a garage. At that time I didn't know I could become a home dealer myself and save money. I was happy paying the premium. Since then I moved to Gloucester, Ma. and didn't know where to find Amsoil products locally, so I went on line. I simply bought from a dealer website. I paid retail, plus shipping. I think in total it was still less expensive to buy online. No problem. The order was at my home in a few days. In the meantime I had been toying around with business opportunities on the internet for years, and having varying degrees of success. No matter how much money I made, or how much effort I put into it, the results were always the same. The companies would short change me, and eventually go out of business, or be involved in some government law suit. I take pride in my honesty, and consider it a great asset. I simply could not bring others into a business if I did not believe in the product, and the company. Trust me when I say this can be a real road block with a lot of network marketing companies. I decided to get out of the business forever, and walked away very disappointed. What good was all my effort if it only paid off short term , or even cost me money in the end? Several months past, and it was time to place another Amsoil order. I went online, and placed my order, and realized I was ordering direct from Amsoil, but through an independent dealer. That's when the light came on. All these years I had been using a product I trusted that had been using the same business plan since 1972! I contacted the dealer using an email address on his website, and signed up right away. He offered me a free website, and even more importantly, helped me get it found by the search engines. I've been a dealer ever since. I have access to loads of information, and can answer tough questions within two days. I have income every month. My income from Amsoil is not huge, but it grows continually, with very very low cost to me, and very little effort on my part. It took a while for an amateur like myself to build this website, but I enjoyed the learning experience. I also enjoy the extra income, and will enjoy it even more when retirement time rolls along. I may even retire at an early age. That my friend would suit me fine! I'm an engineer in the aviation industry, and my job is fairly secure, and I'm doing ok, but the daily stress is pretty heavy, and takes it's toll. I can't live on my Amsoil dealership income yet, but being a dealer is fun and rewarding. I'll always do it. I know this company is not going out of business, so my efforts will not be wasted. It's a pretty good feeling. I like doing business on the internet, but for those with more time, or more ambition I think going door to door at motorcycle or marine dealers would be extremely productive. This business can be conducted in many ways depending on the personality, and lifestyle of the dealer. Well, that's all folks.
